In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. Where the context so requires, references to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.
2.1 By creating an Account on po99, accessing any game or betting market, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, the po99 Privacy Policy, and all other policies incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and po99. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the po99 platform and close your Account.
2.3 po99 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where a modification is material, po99 will provide reasonable notice via the email address registered to your Account or via a prominent in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Important: It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Archived versions of prior Terms are available upon written request to our support team.
3.1 Age Requirement. Use of the po99 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. po99 does not permit minors to register, deposit, or participate in any real-money gaming activity under any circumstances.
3.2 Identity Verification. po99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence issued by a recognised authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by po99 may result in suspension or closure of the Account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.
3.3 Single Account Rule. Each individual may register and maintain only one po99 Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms. po99 will close all duplicate accounts, void any bonuses claimed across them, and reserves the right to withhold balances pending fraud investigation.
3.4 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete, and up to date. You must promptly notify po99 of any change to your registered details by contacting support. po99 shall not be liable for any loss or delay arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions. po99 does not accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether using the po99 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.
Age Policy Enforcement: po99 employs active age verification procedures. Any Account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately. All deposits made by an underage player will be returned where practicable; winnings will be voided in their entirety. po99 takes its obligations regarding underage gambling extremely seriously.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your po99 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. po99 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as authorised by you unless you have notified us in writing of a suspected breach.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify po99 support immediately via Live Chat or email. po99 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your Account. po99 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
4.3 Account Inactivity. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. po99 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to inactive accounts after this period. Players will be notified at their registered email address before any fee is applied. The Account may be reactivated at any time by contacting support.
4.4 Account Closure by Player. You may close your po99 Account at any time by submitting a written request to the support team. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification.
4.5 Account Closure by po99. po99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where: (a) there is evidence of fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct; (b) false information has been provided during registration or KYC; (c) a Player is identified as being under 21 years of age; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
5.1 Approved Payment Methods. po99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following PKR-denominated payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL IBFT, UBL IBFT, Meezan Bank IBFT, Raast, and USDT TRC20. All methods must be registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party payment on behalf of a Player is prohibited.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at po99 is PKR 200. Maximum deposit limits are determined by your Account verification level and the selected payment method. Limits are displayed within the cashier section of your Account.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. po99 targets the following processing timelines: mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) within 10 minutes of approval; bank IBFT withdrawals within the same business day. These timelines are targets and not guarantees — processing may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal request is approved, the following conditions must be met: (a) all active wagering requirements have been fulfilled; (b) KYC verification has been completed to po99's satisfaction; (c) the withdrawal method matches a method used for deposit unless otherwise approved by support; and (d) no ongoing fraud investigation is associated with the Account.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on po99 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). po99 does not charge currency conversion fees. USDT TRC20 deposits and withdrawals will be converted to and from PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction, as displayed in the cashier.
5.6 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a po99 deposit transaction without first contacting support is a breach of these Terms. po99 reserves the right to suspend the Account pending investigation and to recover any associated costs from the Account balance.
6.1 po99 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket-specific seasonal promotions. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before they become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier and contributing game categories are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live casino and sports betting contribution rates vary and are stated per promotion.
6.3 Bonus Misuse. po99 reserves the right to void bonus balances and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Player is exploiting promotional offers, including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting patterns designed solely to complete wagering requirements, or any other conduct inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the terms of a specific promotion. Depositing while an active bonus is in progress will not automatically trigger a new bonus unless the existing bonus has been completed or forfeited.
6.5 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or incomplete bonuses expire after the period specified in the promotion terms, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonus balances and associated pending wagering requirements are automatically removed from the Account.
7.1 All games available on the po99 platform — including live casino tables, slot titles, crash games, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific game rules shall take precedence for matters directly related to game outcomes and payouts.
7.2 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) based games on po99 are supplied by certified third-party game studios and are subject to independent fairness audits. po99 does not modify RNG outputs. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are as published by the respective game providers.
7.3 Bet Acceptance. po99 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where: (a) an obvious pricing error has occurred; (b) a sports event result has become known prior to bet settlement; or (c) the stake is inconsistent with normal recreational betting patterns.
7.4 Sports Betting Settlement. Cricket and sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Stakes on voided bets are returned to the Real Money Balance.
7.5 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or bet, po99 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the relevant stake. po99 shall not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from a technical fault.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the po99 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the po99 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any po99 content or software.
10.3 Unauthorised use of po99's intellectual property — including screen-scraping, data mining, framing, or deep-linking without express written consent — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, po99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction; loss of data; interruption of service; or reliance on information published on the platform.
11.2 po99 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. po99 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption and provide advance notice where practicable.
11.3 po99's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit po99's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) death or personal injury caused by negligence; or (c) any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12.1 po99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform.
12.2 Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not affect Player rights, and updates to reflect regulatory guidance — may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
12.3 It is your responsibility to review the current Terms before each session. Your continued use of po99 following the posting of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which po99 holds its international gaming licence.
13.2 In the event of any dispute between a Player and po99, the Parties agree to first attempt resolution through po99's internal complaints procedure as set out in Section 14 below. This procedure must be exhausted before any formal dispute resolution mechanism is invoked.
13.3 po99 operates under international gaming licence standards. Players acknowledge that the regulatory and dispute resolution frameworks applicable to online gaming operators under such standards may differ from those available under local Pakistani law.
14.1 First Contact. 14.2 Formal Complaints. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through first-line support, you may escalate it in writing to po99's compliance team. po99 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Please include your Account username, a detailed description of the issue, the date(s) on which the issue arose, and any supporting documentation.
14.3 Final Resolution. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through po99's internal procedure, the matter may be referred to an independent third-party dispute resolution service as specified by the terms of po99's applicable international gaming licence. Details of the applicable ADR provider will be communicated to the Player at the conclusion of the internal complaints process.
